Councilman Davis steps down from his elected office position 6 days after his arrest. 

Councilman Davis's expulsion hearing is no longer needed, the BTBC declares the disgraced Councilman Davis's former position vacant before his term ended. 

$50,000.00 is going to be spent on a Special Election for the remainder of the term. A $500.00 fee is required for constituents of Browning District Position #1 to run for the vacant office. 

Unopposed by 6 of the 8 remaining members of the Blackfeet Tribal Business Council. 

I do not know why there are 2 voting members missing from the Special Session. However, they had a quorum so they moved forward.
